The rates for my offerings are intended to support me and my needs to do this LIFE CHANGING work in meaningful ways and sustainably. Payment plans are available. Where possible, I will offer sliding scale options and scholarships.

Prenatal care + support (unless bundled or thru a program) -  $25/hr to $35/hr

Postpartum care + support (unless bundled or thru a program) -  $25/hr to $35/hr

Lactation support (unless bundled or thru a program) -  $25-$45/hr

Community/Group yoga class, 60-75 mins  -  $150/hr

*Postpartum care includes any prenatal support, after delivery of baby, placenta, miscarriage, or loss*

*If you identify as Indigenous and are located in Minnesota ONLY, you can work with me through a program which will cover your care.
