Journaling has helped me think more deeply about my worldview. Putting my thoughts onto paper adds depth and clarity to the things I try to verbalize. I wanted to share my joy of writing and reflecting with you through this 7 day journal challenge. This question is intended to do that and guide you in reflecting on where you are experiencing indigenous self-care.
