A guided meditation focused on the energy of the full moon, the yamas and niyamas of the 8 limbs of yoga, and introspective prompts. Includes journalling. Expect instruction for breathwork techniques, mudras, or sacred hand gestures, some Ojibwemowin, some Lakotayapi, and some soft, soothing tunes and vocals. Prepare to enter this virtual space by bringing a notebook or journal, your favorite writing utensil(s), a cup of water or tea, and finding a cozy spot to join. Have a candle lit nearby, your medicine, or smudge your space. 15 minutes of guided meditation 14 minutes of journaling 1 minute of implementation/action
