Service Description

Take a look at my offerings and services. I hold space for everything from prenatal care to postpartum care, group yoga classes, and educational events or guest speaking. For me postpartum includes meeting during pregnancy, anytime after having a baby (really, anytime after), after pregnancy release, or miscarriage/pregnancy loss. I also have offered website support for other groups doing birthwork and have been known to like "making things pretty and organized". A majority of my offerings are virtual, however, if you are in the Bemidji area, we can talk through in-person support. If any of these sound like they would meet your needs, let's visit!
